Terms:
- Prices exc GST.
- Minimum 50m2
- Over plywood, particleboard or old timber floor
- If over concrete add $20/m2 which covers pre-grind and supply and application of a vapour barrier
- Assumes substrate in good condition
- Subject to site inspection
- Electricity available on-site (two x 20amp circuits *standard fitting in normal houses)
- Skirting not installed
- Kitchen or kitchen toe kicks not installed
- Reasonable access
- Payment 50% on confirmation, 50% on completion
Price does not include the following: (but we can do these things for you at a reasonable additional cost):
- Remaking stair nosings
- Re-stretching carpet against new flooring
